What TNT 400 by Genetix Pharma is
Genetix Pharma’s TNT 400 is a pre-mixed blend of trenbolone enanthate and testosterone enanthate in equal parts, 400 mg per ml in total (200 mg of each). Each 10 ml vial holds 4,000 mg.
It’s designed for experienced users who run trenbolone with a testosterone base and want fewer injections. Two things to understand before you buy: trenbolone has never been approved for human use, and a fixed 1:1 blend means you can’t adjust either compound on its own.

03How it works
How it works
- Trenbolone is a very strong androgen that builds muscle and helps shed fat without converting to estrogen, but it acts on progesterone receptors and can raise prolactin.
- Testosterone replaces the natural testosterone that trenbolone shuts down, protecting libido and mood.
- Both are enanthate esters (half-life about 4–7 days), so the blend is injected once or twice a week.

Dosing information
Clinical reference. Trenbolone has no approved human dose. For testosterone alone, guidelines for low testosterone suggest 75–100 mg a week. In this blend, every mg of testosterone comes with the same amount of trenbolone.

Where it is injected
TNT 400 is an oil, so it goes deep into a large muscle with a regular needle: never just under the skin and never into a vein. These are the muscles standard nursing guidance uses.

- Lie on your side or stand. Put the heel of your hand on the bony knob at the top of the thigh (greater trochanter): left hand on the right hip, right hand on the left.
- Point your index finger at the bony front of the hip (anterior superior iliac spine) and fan your middle finger back along the hip crest to make a V.
- The site is the middle of that V.
Why it is used. Many nursing programs now teach it first. The muscle is thick, the fat over it is thin and fairly even, and no large nerve or vessel crosses the target area.
Careful. The landmarks take a few tries to find on your own body. A mirror or a helper makes the first ones easier.

- Sit down. Find the bony knob at the top of the thigh and the top of the kneecap.
- Divide the distance between them into three equal parts.
- Use the middle part, on the outer front of the thigh, roughly where a trouser seam would run.
Why it is used. The easiest large muscle to see and reach on yourself, with plenty of muscle to work with.
Careful. Stay on the outer side. The femoral artery, vein and nerve run along the inner front of the thigh. It can feel stiff for a day or two.

- Find the bony ridge at the top of the shoulder (acromion).
- Measure two to three finger-widths straight down from it.
- Inject into the thickest part of the muscle on the outer side of the arm, well above the armpit line.
Why it is used. Quick to reach and the usual place for vaccines. Good for small volumes.
Careful. A small muscle: larger amounts hurt and can leak back out. Going too low on the arm risks the axillary and radial nerves.

- Picture a cross dividing one buttock into four quarters.
- The traditional site is the upper outer quarter, close to the hip crest.

Why it is used. Still shown in many older guides because the muscle is so large.
Careful. The sciatic nerve and the superior gluteal artery are close by, and the fat layer is often thick enough that oil ends up in fat instead of muscle.

Route for TNT 400Into the muscle (IM)
- Pick the big musclesConcentrated 400 mg/ml oils are among the ones people most often say leave the muscle sore. The hip and outer thigh handle them best; the shoulder is for small volumes only.
- Rotate widelyShort esters leave the body quickly, so they are injected more often. More injections means more spots in the rotation, so each one fully settles first.
- If you start coughingTrenbolone is the compound most linked to a short coughing fit straight after an injection. Inject slowly into a large muscle; chest pain or a cough that doesn’t settle needs medical help.
- Warm it in your handRolling the vial between your palms for a minute thins the oil so it pushes more easily. Never heat it in water or a microwave.
- Wash your hands
- Alcohol on the stopper and skin, let it dry
- New sterile needle and syringe every time
- Never share any of it

Lipids and blood pressure

Androgens make warfarin work harder. INR can rise quickly and bleeding has been reported, so the blood thinner usually needs closer checks and often a lower dose.
- CautionInsulin and diabetes tablets
Anabolic steroids can lower blood sugar and change insulin sensitivity, so diabetes medicines may need to be adjusted.
- CautionPrednisone and other corticosteroids
Both hold on to salt and water. Together they make swelling and blood-pressure rises more likely, which matters most with heart, liver or kidney disease.
- Good to knowOral steroids at the same time
An oral 17-alpha-alkylated steroid adds liver strain and pushes HDL cholesterol down further on top of what this injectable already does.
