What Zio Shredz is
Zio Shredz by Zionova combines two stimulant drugs in one tablet: 10 mg of yohimbine and 10 mg of albuterol (called salbutamol in Canada), with 50 tablets per bottle. It’s sold as a fat burner for cutting phases.
Each ingredient raises heart rate on its own, and together their effects add up. Neither ingredient is approved for fat loss, and each tablet contains more of each drug than a typical single medical dose. Read the heart warnings before using it.

How it works
- Albuterol (salbutamol) is a short-acting beta-2 agonist, the drug in Ventolin inhalers. Taken by mouth, it raises metabolism and body temperature, like a milder, shorter-acting clenbuterol. Its half-life is about 5 hours.
- Yohimbine blocks alpha-2 receptors, which act as a brake on fat release, especially in stubborn areas. It works best on an empty stomach.
- Combined, they push in the same direction on adrenaline activity, which is also why side effects stack.

Dosing information
Clinical reference. Oral salbutamol for asthma is usually 2–4 mg three or four times a day. Yohimbine, when prescribed for erectile dysfunction, was about 5.4 mg three times a day. Neither is approved for fat loss, and the combination has never been studied.
One tablet contains 10 mg of each, more than a single medical dose of either. Talk to a doctor before use.

Two stimulants in one tablet means two sets of cardiovascular effects.
Heart rate and rhythm
Fast heartbeat and palpitations are common. Chest pain, fainting or a heartbeat that won’t settle: call 911.
Blood pressure
Yohimbine raises blood pressure; pair that with a racing heart and the strain adds up.
Anxiety and tremors
Shaky hands, nervousness and panic attacks, especially at the start.
Sleep
Insomnia if taken after the morning.
Low potassium and cramps
Albuterol can lower potassium, causing cramps and adding to heart rhythm risk.
Don’t use it if you
Have a heart condition, high blood pressure, anxiety or panic disorder, an overactive thyroid, diabetes, take antidepressants, other stimulants or beta-blockers, are pregnant or breastfeeding, or are under 18.

Caffeine pills, ephedrine, yohimbine, amphetamines and thyroid hormone all add to heart rate, blood pressure and the risk of an irregular heartbeat.
- CautionDiuretics, corticosteroids and insulin
Beta-2 agonists pull potassium into cells. These drugs lower potassium too, and low potassium brings cramps and heart-rhythm problems.
- CautionMAO inhibitors and tricyclic antidepressants
Stronger effects on the heart and blood vessels.
- CautionDrugs that prolong the QT interval
Some antibiotics, antipsychotics and antiarrhythmics; together with a beta-2 agonist the heart-rhythm risk adds up.

Is Zio Shredz safer than clenbuterol?
Albuterol is shorter-acting than clenbuterol, so it clears faster. But adding yohimbine stacks a second stimulant on top, so the overall heart strain isn’t necessarily lower.
