Cardarine is GW501516 (often written GW-501516), a PPAR-delta agonist. Each Zionova tablet contains 5 mg, with 50 tablets per bottle. It’s not a steroid or a SARM: it changes how muscles use fat for fuel, which is why it’s popular for endurance and cutting.
There’s one fact everyone considering it should know first: GlaxoSmithKline stopped developing it in 2007 after animal studies found it caused cancer in multiple organs. It has never been approved for human use. This page explains what that means.

GW501516 activates PPAR-delta, a receptor that switches on genes for burning fat.

Cancer in animal studies
In long-term studies, mice and rats given GW501516 developed cancers in many organs, including liver, stomach, bladder and skin. That’s why development stopped, and why the World Anti-Doping Agency took the unusual step of issuing a health warning about it.

Human trials were short (weeks) and small. Whether the cancer risk applies to people, and at what dose, is unknown.
