01The basics
What Zionova TNT 400 is
TNT 400 combines two long-acting steroids in one oil: 200 mg of trenbolone enanthate and 200 mg of testosterone enanthate per ml, 400 mg per ml in total. A 10 ml vial holds 2,000 mg of each.
Trenbolone is one of the strongest anabolic steroids, and also one of the harshest. It was developed for livestock and has never been approved for human use, so there’s no medical dosing or long-term safety data for people. This page is direct about what that means, and about the one big limitation of a pre-mixed blend: you can’t change one compound’s dose without changing the other’s.

How it works
Both ingredients use the enanthate ester, so they release at a similar pace (a half-life of roughly 4–7 days) and are injected once or twice a week.
- Trenbolone binds androgen receptors far more strongly than testosterone. It doesn’t convert to estrogen, but it acts on progesterone receptors, which is why it can still drive prolactin-related side effects such as gynecomastia and low libido.
- Testosterone is in the blend because trenbolone shuts down your own testosterone completely. The testosterone covers the hormone your body needs for libido, mood and joints.
- One fixed ratio: every ml is 1:1. If trenbolone side effects become a problem, lowering the dose also lowers your testosterone.

A half-life of about 4-7 days means half of what is in the body is gone after that time, then half of the rest, and so on. The ester decides how slowly the hormone leaves the injection depot, which is why long esters are injected less often than short ones.

Dosing information
Clinical reference. Trenbolone has no approved human use, so there’s no clinical dose. For the testosterone half, guidelines for low testosterone suggest 75–100 mg a week. In TNT 400, any dose of testosterone comes with the same amount of trenbolone, and every risk on this page rises with dose.

Where it is injected
TNT 400 is an oil, so it goes deep into a large muscle with a regular needle: never just under the skin and never into a vein. These are the muscles standard nursing guidance uses.

- Lie on your side or stand. Put the heel of your hand on the bony knob at the top of the thigh (greater trochanter): left hand on the right hip, right hand on the left.
- Point your index finger at the bony front of the hip (anterior superior iliac spine) and fan your middle finger back along the hip crest to make a V.
- The site is the middle of that V.
Why it is used. Many nursing programs now teach it first. The muscle is thick, the fat over it is thin and fairly even, and no large nerve or vessel crosses the target area.
Careful. The landmarks take a few tries to find on your own body. A mirror or a helper makes the first ones easier.

- Sit down. Find the bony knob at the top of the thigh and the top of the kneecap.
- Divide the distance between them into three equal parts.
- Use the middle part, on the outer front of the thigh, roughly where a trouser seam would run.
Why it is used. The easiest large muscle to see and reach on yourself, with plenty of muscle to work with.
Careful. Stay on the outer side. The femoral artery, vein and nerve run along the inner front of the thigh. It can feel stiff for a day or two.

- Find the bony ridge at the top of the shoulder (acromion).
- Measure two to three finger-widths straight down from it.
- Inject into the thickest part of the muscle on the outer side of the arm, well above the armpit line.
Why it is used. Quick to reach and the usual place for vaccines. Good for small volumes.
Careful. A small muscle: larger amounts hurt and can leak back out. Going too low on the arm risks the axillary and radial nerves.

- Picture a cross dividing one buttock into four quarters.
- The traditional site is the upper outer quarter, close to the hip crest.

Careful. The sciatic nerve and the superior gluteal artery are close by, and the fat layer is often thick enough that oil ends up in fat instead of muscle.

- Pick the big musclesConcentrated 400 mg/ml oils are among the ones people most often say leave the muscle sore. The hip and outer thigh handle them best; the shoulder is for small volumes only.
- Rotate widelyShort esters leave the body quickly, so they are injected more often. More injections means more spots in the rotation, so each one fully settles first.
- If you start coughingTrenbolone is the compound most linked to a short coughing fit straight after an injection. Inject slowly into a large muscle; chest pain or a cough that doesn’t settle needs medical help.
- Warm it in your handRolling the vial between your palms for a minute thins the oil so it pushes more easily. Never heat it in water or a microwave.
- Wash your hands

Side effects and risks
Trenbolone’s side effects are more frequent and more severe than testosterone’s, and they rise steeply with dose.
Heart and cholesterol
Trenbolone is particularly hard on blood lipids: HDL can drop sharply while LDL rises. Combined with higher blood pressure, that’s a real strain on the heart and blood vessels.
Sleep, sweating and mood
Insomnia, night sweats, anxiety, irritability and aggression are common. Some people find the mood effects severe enough to stop. Tell someone close to you what you’re using.
Cough after injecting
A short, hard coughing fit right after an injection (“tren cough”) is widely reported. If you ever cough with chest pain or shortness of breath that doesn’t settle, get medical help.
Kidneys and blood
Higher blood pressure and hard training can strain the kidneys, and testosterone raises hematocrit. Both need checking in bloodwork.
Complete shutdown
Natural testosterone and sperm production stop. Recovery after trenbolone can be slow, and fertility may take many months to return.
Don’t use it if you
Are under 18, a woman (virilization is severe and can be permanent), have heart disease, high blood pressure, kidney disease, a mental health condition such as anxiety or depression, or have never used testosterone on its own.

Androgens make warfarin work harder. INR can rise quickly and bleeding has been reported, so the blood thinner usually needs closer checks and often a lower dose.

Anabolic steroids can lower blood sugar and change insulin sensitivity, so diabetes medicines may need to be adjusted.
- CautionPrednisone and other corticosteroids
Both hold on to salt and water. Together they make swelling and blood-pressure rises more likely, which matters most with heart, liver or kidney disease.

An oral 17-alpha-alkylated steroid adds liver strain and pushes HDL cholesterol down further on top of what this injectable already does.

Trenbolone suppresses natural testosterone more deeply than most compounds. After a course, many people wait about two weeks for the enanthate esters to clear and then use post-cycle therapy with a SERM such as tamoxifen (Nolvadex) or clomiphene (Clomid). What does TNT stand for?
Trenbolone and testosterone (“T and T”). Both are enanthate esters at 200 mg each per ml.
Why combine trenbolone with testosterone?
Trenbolone shuts down your own testosterone. Without outside testosterone, you’d be left with very low levels and the low libido, fatigue and low mood that go with them.
Is TNT 400 suitable for a first cycle?
No. Trenbolone is generally considered only for experienced users who already know how they respond to testosterone alone, with bloodwork to compare against.
How should I store it?
At room temperature, away from light. High-strength oils can crystallize in the cold; warm and swirl the vial until clear, and don’t inject it if it stays cloudy.
