What Clen 75 by Genetix Pharma is
Clen 75 contains clenbuterol hydrochloride, 75 mcg per tablet, with 50 tablets per bottle. Clenbuterol is a beta-2 agonist: a drug that opens the airways, used for asthma in some countries and for horses in others. It isn’t approved for human use in Canada or the US. How it works
Clenbuterol stimulates beta-2 receptors in the lungs, muscles and fat tissue, and to a lesser extent beta-1 receptors in the heart.
- More heat, more fat burned: it raises metabolic rate and body temperature and helps release stored fat. Most evidence for fat loss and muscle preservation comes from animal studies; evidence in people is limited.
- Long half-life: about 36 hours, so it builds up over several days, and side effects can persist after you stop.
- Tolerance: beta receptors become less responsive with continued use, so the effect fades over a few weeks.
Side effects and risks
Clenbuterol’s side effects aren’t rare; most users get some of them. The heart risks are what make it dangerous.
Heart rhythm and rate
Racing heart, palpitations and abnormal rhythms. Heart attacks and heart muscle damage have been reported. Chest pain, fainting or a heartbeat that won’t settle means call 911.
Tremors, anxiety and insomnia
Shaky hands, nervousness, sweating and trouble sleeping are very common, especially in the first days or after a dose increase.
Low potassium and cramps
Clenbuterol pushes potassium into cells, lowering blood levels. That can cause painful cramps and, more seriously, heart rhythm problems.
Blood pressure and blood sugar
It can raise blood pressure and blood sugar, and cause headaches. It’s a poor match for anyone with diabetes or hypertension.
Overheating
Higher body temperature plus hard training in the heat raises the risk of heat illness. Hydrate and stop if you feel faint, confused or very hot.
Don’t use it if you
Have any heart condition or irregular heartbeat, high blood pressure, an overactive thyroid, an anxiety disorder, diabetes, are pregnant or breastfeeding, are under 18, or take stimulants, beta-blockers or diuretics.

Because clenbuterol’s main risk is the heart, these checks matter more than standard steroid bloodwork.

Dosing information
Clinical reference. In the countries where clenbuterol is approved for asthma, the usual adult dose is 20 mcg twice a day (40 mcg a day), sometimes up to 40 mcg twice a day under supervision.
One Clen 75 tablet is 75 mcg, nearly double the usual daily asthma dose in a single tablet. Doses used for fat loss are often higher still, and the heart risks rise with dose. Ask a pharmacist whether the tablets can be split accurately.

Using it more safely
- Skip caffeine, pre-workouts and other stimulants while using it.
- Take it early in the day; its long half-life disrupts sleep.
- Drink plenty of water and eat potassium-rich foods such as bananas, potatoes and leafy greens.
- Check your resting heart rate each morning, and stop if it stays well above your normal.
- Stop at once for chest pain, fainting, severe headache or palpitations that don’t settle.
- Don’t use it in heat waves or before long, hot training sessions.
