What Zionova LGD-4033 is
LGD-4033, also called ligandrol or VK5211, is a SARM developed for muscle wasting and hip fracture recovery. Each Zionova tablet contains 5 mg, with 50 tablets per bottle.
A small human study showed it adds lean mass even at very low doses, and that it suppresses testosterone and lowers HDL in proportion to the dose. One tablet is five times the highest dose in that study. Here’s the evidence.
