01The basics
What’s in the bag
One bag holds 10 sterile EasyTouch U-100 insulin syringes, each with a fine 30-gauge needle built into a 1 ml barrel. They are made for small injections into the fat layer under the skin, which is how peptides, HCG and growth hormone are normally given once they are mixed.
Because the barrel is marked in units instead of millilitres, it is the easiest way to measure the small amounts those products call for. Every peptide and HCG page on this site explains its mixing ratio in the same units.
02How it works
Reading a U-100 syringe
- U-100 means 100 units fill 1 ml. So 10 units = 0.1 ml, 25 units = 0.25 ml and 50 units = 0.5 ml.
- 30 gauge is a very thin needle, which keeps the injection comfortable. It is short, so it reaches the fat under the skin and not the muscle.
- Fixed needle: the needle is permanently attached, so almost nothing is lost in the hub and small measurements stay accurate.
- Where to read it: line up the top edge of the black rubber plunger with the mark you need, holding the syringe at eye level.

Using them safely
Clean, single-use equipment prevents almost every injection problem.
New every time
Use a fresh syringe for each injection. Even one reuse dulls the needle and can contaminate the whole vial.
Never share
Sharing syringes, even with the same vial, can spread HIV and hepatitis B and C.
Swab first
Wipe the vial stopper and the injection spot with alcohol and let them dry before you draw or inject.
Air bubbles
Tap the barrel and push out bubbles before injecting so the reading is accurate.
Check the cap
Don’t use a syringe if its cap is missing or the packaging is damaged.
See a doctor if
An injection spot becomes hot, red, swollen or more painful after a couple of days, or you develop a fever.

These are not for oil-based injectables such as testosterone. Oil is too thick for a 30-gauge needle and needs to go into muscle, so use the 3 ml 25-gauge syringes for oils.

10 units. On a U-100 syringe, every 10 units is 0.1 ml and the full barrel is 100 units, or 1 ml.
Can I use them for testosterone?
No. Oils are too thick for a 30-gauge needle and are injected into muscle. Use the 3 ml 25-gauge syringes for oil-based vials.
