How it works

Methandienone binds androgen receptors and increases protein synthesis and glycogen storage, so muscles look and feel fuller quickly.

  • Strong estrogen conversion into a potent estrogen, behind most of the water retention.
  • Hard on the liver, because it’s 17-α-alkylated to work as a tablet.
  • Short-acting: a half-life of about 3–6 hours, so the daily amount is usually split.

Blood pressure

Water retention and higher blood pressure go together. Check it at home, especially if you get headaches.

Liver
