Zionova’s S4 contains andarine, 20 mg per tablet with 50 tablets per bottle. Andarine was one of the first SARMs, developed in the early 2000s for muscle and bone loss, then dropped before it reached later-stage trials.

How it works
Andarine binds the androgen receptor as a partial agonist, giving a weaker signal than testosterone in muscle and bone. It doesn’t convert to estrogen or DHT. Its half-life is short, about 4 hours, so the day’s amount is usually split. It also acts on the eye, which explains its unusual visual side effects.
