What Zionova Superdrol is
Superdrol is the street name for methasterone (methyldrostanolone), an oral anabolic steroid. Each Zionova tablet contains 10 mg, with 50 tablets per bottle. It was first made in the 1950s but never sold as a medicine. In the mid-2000s it appeared in “supplements”, until regulators acted on reports of serious liver injury.

How it works
Methasterone is closely related to drostanolone (Masteron), with a methyl group added so it can be swallowed.
- Strongly anabolic: big gains in strength and muscle fullness without estrogen-driven bloat.
- 17-α-alkylated: this lets it survive the liver as a tablet, and it’s why liver injury is the main concern.
- No aromatization, though some users still report water and blood pressure changes.

Side effects and risks
Published case reports describe severe liver injury, including jaundice and hospital stays, in people taking methasterone.
Liver injury
Cholestatic liver injury (bile backing up in the liver) has been reported repeatedly. Yellow skin or eyes, dark urine, pale stools or itching mean stop and see a doctor immediately.
Cholesterol
HDL can drop sharply. Combined with the other effects, it strains the heart.
Blood pressure
Rises are common. Check at home every few days.
Lethargy and appetite loss
Fatigue, back pumps and reduced appetite are frequently reported, and they can be early signs of liver strain.
Suppression
Natural testosterone drops quickly, even on short courses.
Don’t use it if you
Are under 18, a woman, drink alcohol regularly, have any liver, kidney or heart condition, high blood pressure, or are taking another oral steroid or liver-straining medication (including high-dose acetaminophen).

- SeriousWarfarin and other blood thinners
Oral anabolic steroids can multiply warfarin’s effect. Large INR jumps and bleeding are on record, and the anticoagulant dose often has to be cut sharply.
- CautionAlcohol, acetaminophen and other liver-heavy drugs
Drinking, regular high doses of acetaminophen (Tylenol), isotretinoin and some antifungals all load the same liver that this tablet already strains.
- CautionInsulin and diabetes tablets
Blood sugar can drop, so diabetes medicines may need changing.
- CautionPrednisone and other corticosteroids
Extra fluid retention and swelling, a concern with heart or kidney problems.
- Good to knowA second oral steroid
Two 17-alpha-alkylated tablets at once stack their liver and cholesterol effects. Doctors never prescribe them together.
